Modern Salt currently operates as a private-pay wellness concierge service and does not directly bill insurance providers.
Upon request, clients may receive itemized receipts for personal recordkeeping or potential reimbursement purposes.

Modern Salt makes every effort to provide safe, professional, and high-quality wellness services. However, by using our services, you acknowledge that all medical and wellness treatments carry inherent risks.
Modern Salt, its staff, contractors, nurses, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

In-Person IV Infusions & Wellness Services
All IV infusions, injections, nutrient blends, wellness consultations, and in-person concierge medical services are customized services prepared specifically for each client.
Because medical supplies are opened, mixed, and administered individually, completed services are non-refundable.

Digital Wellness Programs & Telehealth Services
Digital wellness memberships, subscription services, care coordination programs, and telehealth wellness platforms may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Non-Refundable Platform Access
Once a subscription cycle begins, administrative and digital care services are considered active and non-refundable.
Subscription Cancellation
To avoid future recurring charges, cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled billing date.

Unopened & Unused Returns
Physical devices may be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the item:
